Jordana loves to learn. She is an Integrative Life, Certified Health Coach, certified Yoga teacher, Yoga therapist, Maryland licensed Massage therapist, seasoned facilitator and public speaker. After more than 25 years of working with people to reignite the power of their personal mind/body connection, she continues to be inspired by the resilience of the body.
Everyone is familiar with stress, the negative impact it can have on our ability to thrive. Integral to her practice is teaching her clients and students Self-Care tools and techniques to recalibrate deeply held stress, and shift towards the body’s natural tendency for resilience.
