For Your Comfort: Useful props to have... wall space, a comfy chair, yoga mat (or equivalent), 2 tennis balls. A belt, blocks, bolster and blanket will also be helpful.

We are designed to function well when our body is aligned, and our center of gravity is balanced over our feet (see far left image, above).
However, shift happens!

Your physical age doesn't matter - we will be using different level yoga postures (stretches), and self-massage to meet your body where you are, and then to move towards where you want to be!

The body changes as we age, and we can influence these changes towards stronger, more flexible, balanced bodies, and more resilient lives.
You will use the wall and other tools to measure where you are in space, then we'll explore how to address what you are learning about yourself!
You will earn your superhero cape in no time at all!!
